St. Andrew’s Fund for Excellence, our sole fundraising campaign, provides opportunities for families and friends of the school to support the exceptional educational experiences we offer our students, parents, faculty, and staff. Your generosity helps recognize St. Andrew’s legacy of providing a solid educational foundation in a welcoming, inclusive and Christian environment. Thank you for helping us deliver on the promise of our Mission and Vision for what education can be.
Breaking the Boundaries of Excellence
As a parent of two St. Andrew’s alumni and as a board member, I believe in the support of the Fund for Excellence (F4E). The Fund provides the strong academic foundation which propels our children to succeed in high school, college, and beyond. When our family moved from Pennsylvania to Texas over 15 years ago, it was St. Andrew’s – the teachers and staff, parents, students, and church — that made this our home.
The SAES community shares several common beliefs. We understand that the factory-style model of presenting content and then testing a child’s memory of that content is no longer effective. Quality education involves building relationships, developing problem-solving skills, and nurturing critical and independent thinking.
A large portion of each year’s Fund for Excellence supports the people and programs that develop these skills by providing a budget increase for teacher training, funding new strategies such as embedding problem-solving in engineering and Formula 1 for Schools and increasing investment in our academic support program.
Last year, the board and faculty had 100% participation in F4E. We ask you to join us by making your own annual gift. A good education is the best gift we can give our children. Let’s all do what we can to make a St. Andrew’s education the best gift our children could ever receive.

“Serve one another in love” – Galatians 5:13
St. Andrew’s Episcopal School is an exceptional place for many reasons. The incredible generosity of our parents is one reason why SAES is thriving. The Fund for Excellence donations helps provide the qualities that SAES is known for small class sizes, exemplary teachers, phenomenal enrichment classes, and much more.
We are blessed to be a part of a community that teaches, supports, and encourages Christian values. These are only a few reasons our family supports the Fund for Excellence each year. As the PTA president for the 2022-2023 school year, I encourage others to join us in making a tax-deductible donation to the Fund for Excellence. Your gift matters! Every donation, no matter the amount, is essential and greatly appreciated.
